NEW HAVEN - At the first conference held by the newly-formed executive education partnership of the Yale School of Management and the Chief Executive Leadership Institute, Roger A. Enrico, chairman and CEO of PepsiCo, received the Legend in Leadership Award for his outstanding contributions to business and society and for the inspirational model he has set.
The award was presented to Enrico by James Kelly, chairman and CEO of United Parcel Service, before more than 100 corporate chieftains, government leaders, and nonprofit gurus who attended the New Haven-based conference on Lessons of Great Legacies: A Celebration of History in the Here & Now. The first university-based peer driven leadership and education program was hosted by Jeffrey A. Sonnenfeld, associate dean of executive education at SOM.
