STRATFORD - Career counselor Robert Pannone has just published a volume entitled Using Competitive Intelligence To Advance Your Career. The book seeks to guide job-seekers through a maze of information resources to produce what he calls a Proposal for Employment (PFE) - a single-page letter that states succinctly an employer's needs and/or problems and the proposed contribution and/or solution by the prospective employee.
The 140-page volume sells for $19.95 (Pannone says his placement services cost clients a minimum of $5,400) and is available through Publish America (www.publishamerica.com).
