| Blue Fox Run owner Lisa Wilson-Foley has found a niche in women's golf. A female-owned golf links is a rare specimen, and her Avon course is home to the Lincoln Futures Golf Classic, a tourney featuring some of the country's top female golfers. The LFGC embodies some of Wildon-Foley's values: the event raises money for breast-cancer programs and includes a children's clinic. The prize money may be meager compared with what the men earn, but there's considerable skill and dedication. The Ivy League-educated entrepreneur owned a health-care marketing company that she grew and sold for $15 million. She subsequently purchased two golf courses. She and husband Brian Foley, a health-care executive, co-own the Fox Force professional coed tennis team. Wilson-Foley's marketing prowess is growing her sports empire.
