Laticrete, IMI Collaborate To Support ‘Masters of the Building Arts’

BETHANY - Laticrete International, a manufacturer of ceramic tile and stone installation systems, recently donated installation systems to the International Masonry Institute for the “Masters of the Building Arts” program in the Smithsonian Folklife Festival 2001. The annual festival honors the preservation of American and human cultural heritage, and the sharing of it with the citizens of the nation and the world through a variety of educational programs. The 2001 program celebrated the exceptional artistry of craftspeople in the building arts. Various building materials, such as stone, marble and terrazzo, were installed onto separate display panels with Latapoxy 310 Stone Adhesive and Latapoxy SP-100 Stainless Epoxy in unique designs to highlight the various trades and their respective materials.
