BRIDGEPORT - The Connecticut Internet Association (www.connecticutinternet.org) and SiliconSound (www.siliconsound.org) are joining forces to unite the technology and e-business community in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y. The newly combined organization will have 1,500 members from some 500 technology and e-businesses, and will be known as SiliconSound Inc. with offices in Stamford and Bridgeport. A not-for-profit organization, SiliconSound's mission is to unite the technology and e-business communities in Connecticut and Westchester County, NY. It will produce in-person networking events, newsletters and an online vortal covering regional events, area companies and providing member services.
