NEW HAVEN - Lulu's has moved from Guilford to 152 Chapel Street in downtown New Haven. The shop carries lingerie, sleepwear and body-care products. Explains owner Kim Mangs, “We made the move to New Haven in hopes of getting more foot traffic, and in the few weeks we've been open the response has been wonderful.” Lulu's is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, Thursday until 8 p.m. and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Lulu's is in the shop formally occupied by Arte di Bellega Guiliana, which has moved down the street to its parent store. Now located in the rear of Bottega Guiliana at 954 Chapel Street, the shop carries Italian pottery and glasswear. Bottega Giuliana carries men's, women's and pre-school children's wear. The shop is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, Saturdays until 8 p.m. and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays.
