A recent survey published by the newsletter REALTrends has named Prudential Connecticut Realty No. 1 real estate firm in Connecticut. The publication annually ranks the top real estate companies in the country. In 2000 Prudential Connecticut Realty closed 10,447 transactions - 36th among all firms nationally - representing $2.9 billion in sales volume, ranking it 23rd in the U.S. The REALTrends Top 500 Report compiles its rankings from figures submitted by brokers. Brokers are also required to submit supporting documentation from outside accounting firm.
