MacDermid Sells $301.5M in Debt

STAMFORD - MacDermid Inc. (NYSE: MRD), a Waterbury-based developer and manufacturer of specialty chemical products and systems, sold $301.5 million in ten-year senior subordinated notes, in the 144a private placement market, market sources said on Friday. Credit Suisse First Boston and Banc of America Securities were the joint leadmanagers for the sale.
