SHELTON - Shareholders of FlexiInternational Software Inc. (OTCBB:FLXI), a designer, developer and marketer of Internet-based financial and accounting software and services, voted to reelect Stefan R. Bothe, its CEO and Chairman, to the board of directors. At the June 26 annual meeting, shareholders also ratified the re-appointment of Deloitte & Touche as the company's auditors and approved an increase in the number of shares available for grant under the 1997 Employee Stock Option Plan.
“We are pleased about the progress that has taken place at Flexi in the past year,” said Flexi President and Chief Operating Officer Frank Grywalski. “We welcome the continued support of our shareholders for our management and our business strategies.”
