MILFORD - Cingular Wireless has opened a retail store at 1328 Boston Post Road. Cingular was created in January when SBC Mobility and Bell South Mobility merged, along with 11 other companies. Kenneth Fanning, manager of the new location, is also managing a second Milford location at the Connecticut Post Mall. Cingular sells digital phones and service, prepaid wireless service and cards, accessories, headsets, batteries, antennas, leather cases and chargers. The store is open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, Saturdays until 5 p.m. and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays.
