Verizon To Open Five New Stores

WALLINGFORD - Verizon Wireless has announced plans to open five new communications stores in Meriden, Milford, Stamford, Trumbull and West Hartford. According to the company, the new locations will create more than 25 new sales and customer-service positions. The company also plans to spend more than $200 million this year to enhance its wireless network in New England.
