SHELTON - Transcentive (formerly known as Corporate Management Solutions Inc.), which provides global employee stock-plan management, announced that Microsoft has licensed a Transcentive solution to manage its company stock plans. A Transcentive-based solution will be implemented for Microsoft that includes Transcentive's Express Options for Windows application.
This product enables Microsoft to efficiently manage the recordkeeping, financial reporting and regulatory compliance of its stock-option plan. Additionally, it simplifies Microsoft's management of its stock plans for approximately 40,000 optionees worldwide.
