| ANSONIA - As the company previously disclosed might occur, Farrel Corp. announced April 18 that it had received a NASDAQ staff determination indicating that the company had failed to comply with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing and that its common stock would be delisted from the NASDAQ SmallCap Market at the opening of business on April 20. Effective on that date, Farrel common stock is quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol FARL.OB. On April 23, Farrel common shares were trading for 57 cents.
