WATERTOWN - ArchivesOne, which specializes in records-management and storage services, recently raised $11 million in senior debt from BankNorth Connecticut, a subsidiary of Bank NorthGroup Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG), a $21 billion bank based in Portland, Me. The transaction will provide capital for general operation purposes, capital expenditures and future acquisitions.
ArchivesOne provides records-management and store services to banks, law firms, hospitals, corporations and medical practices, serving customers in Connecticut, on Long Island, New Jersey, Ohio and Westchester County. Since its inception in 1991, the company has grown to more than 1,600 customers and in excess of 90 employees.
