NEW HAVEN - Metaserver Inc., a developer of e-business process-integration (eBPI) software, has formed a strategic partnership with SageMaker Inc. of Fairfield, a provider of Enterprise Information Portal (EIP) solutions to deliver software-based e-business integration solutions to its customers. As part of Metaserver's Partner Program, SageMaker will offer the Metaserver solution to its customers across a wide span of vertical markets to help streamline the flow of complex business information between and among companies, their suppliers and end customers. Metaserver provides organizations with eBPI software that transitions back office, enterprise and legacy systems to the Internet and other external systems. Metaserver enables EIP vendors such as SageMaker to build complete online portals for their customers to access business information and applications online, while satisfying evolving market demands and preserving existing investments in legacy systems.
