Rocky Hill, CT – Prudential Connecticut Realty is launching a Homebuyer Rewards Program on May 1st with a package of rebates and discounts to continue the home buying momentum initiated by the homebuyer tax credits that expire on April 30th. Buyers can save thousands on the home of their dreams.
All divisions of the company are contributing incentives, including a $250 refund from Connecticut Home Mortgage, $100 Refund from Connecticut Insurance Group, and more than $250 in coupons and rebates from HOMEefficient moving services vendor partners. In addition, participating sellers are offering buyers a three percent seller concession as a credit toward closing costs and prepaid items not to exceed $8,000.
