The buyer was Sweitzer Enterprises, LLC, a marketing company.  Brian Hughes is a principal in the company.  The seller was Advanced Metals Technology, Inc.  Barry was the sole agent for this transaction.  Attorney Stan Dombroski  represented the buyer, and Attorney Emily Resnik Conn represented the seller, while Attorney Barbara Katz represented the interests of the stockholders of the selling corporation as its Receiver.
