The Geenty Group, Realtors, of Branford reports the purchase of 1635 Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook, CT.  The Buyer, Dunkin Donuts, was placed there on a remodel to suit by Bill Clark, Senior Vice President, and had a 10 year lease with an option to purchase.  This option has now been exercised in the 8^th year of the lease, for a purchase price of $650,000.00.  The 2,500 SF space was formerly a bar and grill which was converted to a Dunkin Donuts restaurant in 2003.  The Landlord/Seller was Stephen J. Berman.  Bill Clark was the sole agent in the transaction.
