Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the sale of a 35,000 SF building on a 3.25 acre lot at 37 Main Street aka 6 Winter Avenue in Deep River.  The purchase price was $650,000.00. The Buyer is C & P Holdings, LLC.  PCI Medical, Inc. will occupy the space.  PCI manufactures specialized vapor control systems used in the healthcare industry to protect healthcare workers from exposure to toxic vapors created during the sterilization of invasive medical instruments. The Sellers were Robert & Eleanor Champion.  Barry was the sole agent in the transaction.  Robert Larson of Old Saybrook was the attorney for the Seller, and Michael Dowley of Middletown was the attorney for the Buyer.
