Neurogen Corporation has appointed Charles A. Ritrovato, Pharm.D. as vice president, Drug Regulatory Affairs. Prior to joining Neurogen, Ritrovato was senior director and global therapeutic area leader for central nervous system and pain drug candidates, Pfizer Global Research & Development, Worldwide Regulatory Affairs in New London. Ritrovato holds a B.S. degree in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Rhode Island. He also held a postdoctoral fellowship in Industrial Clinical Pharmacy at Rutgers University College of Pharmacy and Hoffman La-Roche, Inc. in New Jersey.
