Response Marketing of New Haven has named Steven Cartier business development manager and Cassie Swartwout interactive and print designer. Previously Cartier was business development manager for the Connecticut State Technology Extension Program (ConnSTEP) and is a principal of Brighstreet Productions, a video production company in Orange. Swartwout previously worked at Avity, LLC as a marketing associate and is a recent graduate of Marist College with a BS in digital media.
