Wallingford, CT - Terence Beaty has been named Director of the New Homes and Land Division for Prudential Connecticut Realty, announced Candace Adams, President of the company.
A 20-year veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Beaty has an extensive background in the sales and marketing of subdivisions, condominium developments, timeshares, undeveloped land and new construction. He has won numerous sales and marketing awards including multiple Home Builders Association of Connecticut awards for “Best Marketed Development” and the Connecticut Association of Realtors award for “Best Residential Brochure.” In addition, the Home Builders Association of Connecticut named Mr. Beaty New Home Marketer of the Year and Associate of the Year.
“With his proven development, sales and marketing skills, Terence will be a great asset to our company as Director of the New Homes and Land Division,” Ms. Adams said. “His professionalism, enthusiasm and industry contributions make him a great addition to our company.”
Mr. Beaty is also a trustee of the New Home Marketing Group of America, a national group of leading real estate companies focused on improving the new home sales process. He is a member of the National Sales and Marketing Council, the Urban Land Institute and serves as National Director on the board of directors of the Home Builders Association of Fairfield County.
Mr. Beaty lives in Fairfield with his wife and two daughters.
