Orange, CT - WEICHERT REALTORS® Regional Properties is pleased to announce the expansion of its commercial services with the launch of the Commercial Investment Division and the appointment of Charles A. Liberti as the Senior Director.
“Through recent analysis of Connecticut’s business environment, the future of the commercial market will be improving at a manageable and steady rate”, said Liberti. He will be responsible for leading WEICHERT REATORS® Regional Properties into a leadership position as a commercial real estate brokerage.
Liberti brings over 29 years of experience in many facets of the real estate business. Spanning both commercial and residential sales, Liberti specialized in a concentration of commercial real estate. A real estate broker since 1971 and a certified CT real estate appraiser since 1976, Liberti has worked with valuation of all types of commercial, industrial and residential real estate, consulting, feasibility studies, mortgage financing, real estate tax appeals and market value studies for corporations, commercial banks, real estate developers, law firms and Connecticut municipalities. He has also assisted with management and the development of industrial, retail, office, raw land for residential developers.
Liberti is a Graduate of Realtor’s Institute, Certified Residential Broker and a founding member of National Association of Realtors, Appraisal Section with a GAA designation(for commercial real estate). He is also a member of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors, affiliate member of the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Real Estate Educators (REEA), a former member of the Realtor Financing Committee, former judge on Realtor Arbitration Committee, and former member of Securities & Syndication Institute. Mr. Liberti is also a state of Connecticut approved instructor, Gateway Real Estate Academy and former member of the Connecticut Commercial & Investment Division.
