CB Richard Ellis today announced the addition of Tyler Lyman to its Stamford office as an associate in the Retail Services Group. In his new role, Mr. Lyman joins CBRE’s Jessica Curtis in providing tenant representation, project leasing, site selection and disposition services to large corporate retail users in the northern suburbs of New York City, with primary attention to Fairfield and Westchester counties. Robert Caruso, senior managing director of CB Richard Ellis’ Stamford operation, made the announcement.
“It’s with great pleasure that we welcome Tyler to our firm,” said Mr. Caruso. “His addition to our talented team will help further enhance the office’s reach and breadth of retail services throughout the market.”
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Lyman worked for Strategic Retail Advisors and Real Estate Advisors, both located in Framingham, Mass. where he concentrated in tenant representation work throughout New England. In addition, Mr. Lyman headed the project leasing of several retail locations in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, including an over 110,000-square-foot shopping center in Old Saybrook, Conn.
Mr. Lyman is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds real estate licenses in Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in entrepreneurship and business management from Northeastern University.
