The Milford Bar Association has voted former Milford Mayor Fred Lisman the recipient for the annual Liberty Bell Award. The award is presented to someone outside the law field and who has made a major contribution to the rule of law. Lisman will receive the Liberty Bell award at the Law Day luncheon April 30 at the Milford Yacht Club.
