Gov. M. Jodi Rell has reappointed Celia Pinzi, owner of the West Haven Funeral Home, to the state commission on medicolegal investigations, a panel that oversees the operations of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. A licensed embalmer, Pinzi earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a funeral service degree from the New England Institute.
