Citizens Financial Group appoints Dennis Devine new U.S. Retail Banking Director PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Citizens Financial Group, Inc. today announced the appointment of Dennis A. Devine to lead its U.S. retail banking division as Group Executive Vice President and Director of Retail Banking, effective February 16. Devine will oversee CFG’s more than 1,500 traditional and in-store Citizens Bank and Charter One branches throughout its 12-state retail footprint in the Midwest, New England and the Mid-Atlantic. "Dennis will play an integral role in the development of retail products and services that broadly meet the needs of our customers, and enable us to meet our strategic goal of becoming a top super-regional bank." At CFG, Devine will oversee a retail banking division that is committed to providing helpful banking solutions for its customers. Last year, CFG introduced innovative products such as HomeBuyer SavingsSM and CollegeSaverSM to help customers purchase homes and pay for college educations. Recently, it expanded its industry-first Green$ense™ program, which rewards customers cash for helping the environment by reducing paper-based transactions, to include credit card purchases.
