HARTFORD - Managers seeking to streamline operations and increase efficiency are invited to attend a two-day workshop focusing on "Lean Office" practices April 21-22. Sponsored by the Connecticut State Technology Extension Program (ConnSTEP), the event will take place at the MDC Training Facility at 125 Maxim Road in Hartford. "Office Value Stream Mapping" will be addressed on day one; the next day the focus will be "Lean Tools for the Office with Simulation."
