BRIDGEPORT: Prime Line a leading promotional products industry supplier has been acquired by alphabroder, of Trevose, PA. alphaborder says it is the "leading distributor of imprintable sportswear and accessories in North America."
The company announcement says “the combination of these two companies establishes a new standard in the industry for convenience, service.”
Prime Line founded in 1980 offers more than 1700 products across 15 categories, “providing a variety of promotional products including Tech accessories, bags, drinkware, leather and glass gifts, office items, stress relievers, executive toys, hand sanitizers, stress relievers, gift sets, journals, writing instruments, outdoor fun.”
“As a family business with long-time employees, we gave careful consideration to this strategic move, and ultimately feel that this is in the best interest of both customers and employees,” said Jeff Lederer, president of Prime Line and now president of alphabroder’s hard goods division, which will operate under the Prime Line name, Lederer will report to alphabroder CEO Norm Hullinger.

According to the company, "long-time members of the Prime Line management team will be joining the alphabroder management team as well."
