Hamden Realty Associates, LP, the seller owned the property for about 20 years and the buyer, HC2, LLC, is a Schaffer family entity spending over four generations developing, owning and operating real estate throughout New Haven County. This property sale is significantly important due to its size said Schaffer. In this transaction, Press represented the seller and Schaffer represented the buyer.
