This new facility will be a relocation from their Bridgeport facility once renovations and structural modifications are completed.

Hamden Realty Associates, LP, the seller owned the property for about 20 years and the buyer, HC2, LLC, is a Schaffer family entity spending over four generations developing, owning and operating real estate throughout New Haven County.
