WATERBURY — As a new participant in Post University’s Partners in Education Program, Union Savings Bank will offer employees access to a college education at a reduced tuition rate. Post will offer a tuition grant to USB employees who want to earn an associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s degree by enrolling in one of the college’s accelerated degree programs. Union Savings also offers employees partial tuition reimbursement, making the path to a degree even more affordable.
Employees will have the option of taking courses at one of the university’s regional locations or completely online. They can earn a master’s degree in as little as 14 months, and a bachelor’s in as little as 18 months. Bank employees also will receive college credit for select corporate education and training courses, as well as for courses taken at other accredited colleges or universities.
