Amnesty for Delinquent Lottery Agents

E-mail Print PDF

HARTFORD — The state’s Division of Special Revenue (DSR) has created an amnesty program for delinquent lottery sales agents who owe money to the state of Connecticut. Delinquent agents have 60 days from receipt of a notification letter from the DSR to pay the principal and penalty amount owed and 50 percent of the accumulated interest owed (the remaining 50 percent of interest owed will be waived). Once the delinquency is paid, DSR will remove any lien or wage attachment it has instituted against the agent and his or her property. This amnesty program ends December 31.
