VNA Services Changes Hands
GUILFORD — VNA Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Saint Raphael Healthcare System, has been acquired by VNA Community Healthcare of Guilford. The non-profit home-care agency will operate under the name VNA Community Healthcare and serve approximately 1,800 patients daily, providing home-care services to patients throughout greater New Haven and Middlesex County. VNA Community Healthcare will also own and operate the Strong House Adult Day Center of Madison, formerly operated by Saint Raphael’s.
