Michael Carius, M.D., Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Norwalk Hospital, will complete his term as President of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) at the end of October. ACEP is a national emergency medicine medical specialty society with nearly 23,000 members.
