BLOOMFIELD - On April 30 Kaman Corp. closed on its $39 million acquisition of Minarik, a national distributor of motion-control and automation products with approximately 200 employees and annual sales of $84 million.
The company distributes leading brands of sensors, drives, motors and automation control products serving U.S. manufacturers. Headquartered in Glendale, Calif., Minarik operates 16 branch locations in many of the high-tech manufacturing markets in the U.S.
