WATERBURY - The Illinois Tool Works, a diversified manufacturer with more than $13.9 billion in annual sales, reported a 19-percent gain in profits in the past three months.
The company has 11 plants in Connecticut and five in the greater Waterbury area, including: ITW Highland Manufacturing, ITW Plastiglide, Global Automotive Components and Waterbury Buckle in Waterbury, ITW Power Train Fastening in Naugatuck, and ITW Impro in Lakeville.
