Any healthcare oriented entity public, private for-profit or not for profit. (Two honorees)

Education
Any educational institution, person or program involved in educating healthcare professionals. (One honoree)

Community Service - Corporate
Any healthcare oriented entity public, private for-profit or not for profit demonstrated outstanding community service outside their direct healthcare mission. (Two honorees)

Community Service – Individual
Any individual engaged in the healthcare industry that has demonstrated outstanding community service. (Two honorees)

 

 

Physician of the Year
Outstanding achievement as a practicing Physician and as member of the community. (One honoree)
Nurse of the Year
- Outstanding achievement as a Nurse and as member of the community. (One honoree)

Researcher of the Year
Outstanding achievement as a Researcher in the field of healthcare and as a member of the community. (One honoree)

Volunteers of the Year
Outstanding service as a Volunteer for an individual employed by a healthcare company or an individual from outside the industry volunteering at a healthcare organization. (Three honorees)

Fallen Heroes
