Date The Inn at Middletown has hired Dennis Brake as executive chef. He is a gold medal winning team captain for the American Culinary Foundation Culinary Salon and author of The Ketogenic Cookbook. Brake opened the kitchen at WaterÕs Edge Resort & Spa in Westbrook. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.
