Date The Connecticut Association of Realtors presented the Realtor of the Year Award for the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors to Stephen Press, co-owner of Press/Cuozzo Realtors. He has been a realtor since 1977 and earned designations including Graduate Realtors Institute, Certified Residential Specialist and Certified Residential Brokerage Manager. Press serves the association as a member of the board of directors of the education and scholarship foundation.
