He is responsible for management of its Stamford and White Plains offices. Fagan served as a senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). During his 20-year tenure at CBRE, he received awards including the Colbert Coldwell Circle Award, Top Investment Producer for the Northeast and Top Overall Producer for the Northeast. Fagan earned his BS in political science from the University of Connecticut.
