This is Kelly's sixth sports position since his graduation from the University of Iowa. Kelly has worked in sales and marketing and assembling staffs for teams including the Sioux City (Ia.) Explorers, El Paso (Tex.) Diablos, Memphis Maniax of the XFL and the National Basketball Development League's Asheville (N.C.) Altitude.
