Date Otherine Johnson Neisler, Ph.D. has been named chair of the education/special education department at Saint Joseph College in West Hartford. She worked as associate director of the teacher preparation program at Yale University. Neisler is cofounder and vice president of the National Association of Holmes Scholar Alumni. She earned her Ph.D. in instructional design, development and evaluation from Syracuse University.
