WEST HAVEN - Frederick A. Gallipoli has purchased a 6,000-square-foot former terminal building on 1.69 acres at 149 1/2 Front Avenue. Gallipoli paid $250,000 for the property, which will house his amusement business. Mark Glassman of Arnold Peck's Commercial World represented Gallipoli, while Michael Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, represented the sellers, principals of Matlaw's Food Processing.
