Wireless Satisfaction

Verizon came out on top for customer satisfaction in a survey done by Changewave Research of Chicago in March of more than 4,000 mobile phone users. Only 1.5% of the Verizon respondents claimed dropped calls during the previous three months. The finding was the lowest reported by Changewave since it initiated the survey in September 2008. AT&T was at the bottom of the pack with 4.5% of users experiencing dropped calls.

49% of Verizon customers said they were overall very satisfied, which was essentially flat from a January survey. Sprint customers had become happier however, with 35% being very satisfied up from only 27% in January.
